About this tool

Questions, answered
What does a 3-digit HEX value mean?
Each digit is repeated to make a 6-digit value. For example, #ABC expands to #AABBCC.
Does this handle transparency or color profiles?
This converter uses opaque sRGB colors. Alpha channels, wide-gamut profiles and named CSS colors are not accepted as input.
